There are tons of emulations out there but UAD still makes the most authentic versions. This bundle is a must for UAD users.

This compressor is just magic on vocals and drums! Probably the best compressor I have laid my hands on. This and the LA-2A are just in a league of their own.

Adds a magic
As with the MK2 Pultec plugin the Fairchild MK2 adds a certain magic to anything you place it on. Breakbeats come alive and the plugin does something very applealing to the top of end of signals. It’s dead easy to control and I would highly recommend the upgrade for those using the older plugin.

Great On Vocals
Best emulations of the 1176 that I've ever used. The sound really does sound like its running through a hardware compressor. I would definitely reccomend these to anyone trying to achieve things like punch in a vocal.

que puedo decir.. la version legacy es un excellente comienzo..pero ya utilizar la version nueva de los plugins es una gran diferencia.. todo se oye mas claro mas presente, con mas vida. el la2 a es mi favorito compresor para las voces, no ocupa ser empujado mucho para que te de resultados profesionales. el pultech le da un cambio ala vos con solo poner el plugin sin tener que manipular sus manecillas, al hacerlo wow le da un toque sutil alas voces, es increible. el fairchaild solo lo utilizo para hacer compresion paralela y es un animal haciendo eso... nunca eh dejado un comentario de mis plugins por pereza.. pero esta ves lo hice porque me dieron un buen descuento para poderlo comrpar. gracias uad

Smooth operator. Warm sound and easy to use. Almost always on my vocal chain and very often on my Master BUS. Pure Love!!!
