Do not pay twice
Hallo, wie so viele Besitzer und Nutzer von Voxbox sehe ich nicht ein, dass man von UAD doppelt "abkassier"t wird. Hier könnte man den treuen Kunden ruhig einmal entgegenkommen. Besitzer der VoxBox brauchen dieses plugin nicht dringend. Also mein Tipp: Standhaft bleiben und nicht kaufen, auch nicht für 24 €.

Like Neve and Api, this is absolutely absurd, why should I pay for a portion of a Voxbox? Shouldn't it be free for the already owners? Like the Neve 1084 for the 1073 owners? I don't get it.

Broke my entire system
I bought my first Plugin the Manley VOXBOX Channel Strip after owning the Arrow for about a year and the UAD software needed to be updated but I have a Mac with Catalina OS and it looks like there are bunch of us with our systems down. It not only doesn’t list the Voxbox but it has now disabled all of my plugins. I can't record anything. I have called for about a week and the customer service is playing a recording that they are closed. I have emailed a few times only to get an auto message return to send some files. I find it hard to believe UA can not be installed properly. I have spent over $600 dollars with UA and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Unbelievable. Truly dissatisfied .

Corrupts Delay Compensation in PT
Consistently corrupts the delay compensation in my PT sessions . Pretty disappointed in UAD's lack of resolution to this problem after all of the money I've invested into using their hardware and software.

I can't really review it because your customer service guy gave me a full refund I never asked for
I cant really review it because your costomer service guy made a mistake bie giving me a full refund I never asked for for. I don't have this plugin anymore. but I can say I used the refund money and bought Waves plugins and Antares plugins. I guess I can say thanks to your customer service guy. You lost $300 dollars I payed for 2 plugins. then I bought some from waves and Antares Autotune. so maybe I should say thanks. :)

GUI STILL TOO SMALL
They finally released an update(?) for 2020.
After YEARS of people requesting for a larger GUI...they updated what exactly?? What part of MASSIVE passive do you guys not understand? You'd think while modelling the hardware they might think "gee...this is a pretty big unit"
Meanwhile the Shadow Hills Comp is as big as the sun for no freakin reason...smh

Yeh good but stupidly overpriced
I’m about over UA. Great stuff but like ProTools they have you over a barrel with their absurd pricing. You want it pay up. And the specials bring it down to just stupid price instead of you’ve got to be joking. Then you buy a single plugin and next week the bundle is cheaper. Thanks

It's very unstable
I sent email to support team and re-install UAD 2 twice, it still doesn't work. Some of my session could be opened if I insert Manley Massive Passive, but most of my sessions are not. The whole session will be no response after insert Manley Massive Passive.

warning, if you are ableton live user, don't buy this!
since uad o.s. 6.2 the massive passvie will not run within ableton live correctly,
it produces very loud crackles and pops, nearly taking your internal cpu to collapse.
i am very pissed off that this issue is not soved since three o.s. updates....
SHAME ON U(A)!
