Old but very usefull
Not the best guitar amp emulation, but it works, it's fast, not very greedy in DSP, and very good point for me, contrary to all the others amp emulation, you can bypass the amp section and keep the cab section. Very usefull when I record a guitar amp with a Torpedo Captor, because the guitarist can have a cab emulation for monitoring during the record session, and I really works on the sound after with the Two Notes Wall Of Sound.
Old but still a great product.

nice for fast results...
The Amp rooms are nice for "fast results" - i.e. fast access to different "basic" sounds, ideal for i.e. rehearsal, demos and similiar things or for production tracks where guitar is less prominent or bass is not "prime" (the bass amp room is my fav btw and has some really usable presets/sounds).
Nice too for sound design ("reAmping") for ppl who are less familiar with guitar amping..
But not full on par with (at least some of) the current dedicated UAD amp sims (which allow more tweaking too - but there you have to know what you are doing).

Great Tool and awesome response
I chose four stars because it is not UNISON and takes a lot of process (I have an Arrow).
Fender Tone is Awesome, better than the de Fender plug-in in my opinion and for my ears. The Marshall sound it's really Good, It works great for rhythm stuff, for soloing I prefer Mic and a real amp, the response it is totally different. Vox amp i don't really like it, but it's ok.
Metal AMPS, are really good, great response and cover a lot of tones.
Bass Amp are simple Great.

simplicity
Well....in an effort to simplify handling bass, I dusted this off and gave it a try. I own the Ampeg SVT and B-15, and while these are legionary and awesome, I was fiddling with them a bit too much. Ive been working with recording bass through my Century channel strip, then blending the amps in. with this plug in I can dial in a great sound very quickly.
What concerns me is that its very old, ( like me)? But I guess if it sounds good, it is good.
Bottom line....I can dial in a great sound very quickly without having to create a second track. The Hiwatt amp is a cool idea also. Selfishly, Id like to see this updated, but they might over complicate it. As a hobby guy, I have to limit my choices

What do I think about it?
This software has a lot to offer. If you take the time to tweak carefully the software, you will discover lots of son for your electric guitar.

Sehr vielfältige Sounds
ganz ehrlich bin ich noch in der Experimentierphase, die Amp-Modelle gefallen mir sehr gut. Schade finde ich, dass es keine Bodentreter gibt. Jeweils 1-2 Distortion, Reverb, Chorus und Delay Modelle wären toll gewesen, um einen eigenen E-Gitarren Sound zu basteln. Deswegen gibt es auch nur 4 Sterne.

Better than what people say.
Some people say it's not good at all, that's not true. Maybe it's not the best guitar plugin, but it does give you a nice soft clean sound that's not as harsh as many of the newer plugins. I was going for a Bon Iver kind of sound and this is the only one that did the job. And I demoed them all!

Bass Amps: Simply Amazing Stuff | Vintage Amp Room: Not That Amazing | Metal Room: Pretty Metal
So, the Bass Amps really let you have a great crack at the tone and the three different amps give you tons of sonic possibilities, as well as bypassing the cabinet or the DI box tool is also great, allowing you to manage blend with the mic.
The Vintage Amp Room on the other hand isn't so amazing. You really have to crack along with reverb and other effects in order to make it sound more realistic. I think I'll stick with my Hot Rod (guess no need for an amp simulator in the first place). However, for the price it's quite decent, but definitely better amp mods (but more expensive) out there.
And finally, the Metal room one! Wow, brings me back to my teenage years. Great for Jingles and really credible strong drafts! Sounds very powerful and the two mic setup really makes a difference. Really recommended for overdriven and heavy guitar tones.

I don't expect a plugin to sound like an actual tube amp, but these come pretty close! If you're a guitar purist this may not be for you but I find these very useful

Bundle Stupendo!
Necessitavo si un insieme di plug-in di livello per poter registrare la chitarra elettrica di mio figlio, una Les Paul, e devo dire che questo pacchetto include tutto quello che c'è bisogno per ogni tipo di produzione. Da chitarre clean a distorte pesanti. Eccezionali usati in rec direttamente da console, per poi così non consumare risorse dopo, in mixaggio. Gli ampli da Basso li ho usati su travve di vst instrument e rendono calore e naturalezza inserendo lo strumento nel mix. Forse le chitarre le trovo poco grintose rispetto ad altri ampli della casa Uad, ma bisogna ricordarsi che parliamo di Vintage!
Sono veramente contento del regalo che mi ha fatto mia moglie!!!

A good all-purpose bundle for guitarists
This is a good starter bundle for guitarists. It has a lot of great modeled amps/cabinets with mic placement options. However, I do plan to upgrade to the other amplifier plugins - including those with Unison technology (which this bundle does not have).

Great bass amp simulation
I use the bass amp room on almost every mix. It gives me many options and with the balance control I can blend it in as much as I like. Brilliant!

Great place to start...
The amp room bundle was my first set of Unison amp sims. I was blown away by the tone and realism these bring. They work great and offer a wide variety to experiment with. Unison mode is great and has excellent dynamic response. I was using these exclusively all summer. I finally decided to step up to some of the brand name amp sims. I find myself going for those more often now but occasionally I'll jump into the amp rooms just for the flexibility. Would highly recommend these if you haven't tried a Unison amp sim yet.

Good Bundle for lower prices
I bought these amps to start with, even i want to buy those more expensive amps like marshall and fender tweed, i think i also will always use these softtube amps. They sound great. No regrets from here, if i hadn't heard marshall amps i could give these 5 stars
