Die Bedeutung von Transienten
Musik enthält Transienten, unabhängig davon, ob es sich um Schlagzeug, Percussion, Gitarren, Klaviere oder andere Klangquellen handelt. Mit der Möglichkeit, diese Transienten hervorzuheben oder abzusenken, erhältst du die beispiellose Kontrolle über Nähe und Gewichtung der Instrumente in einem Mix. Mit dem Envolution Plug-In rückst du spielend eine Snare mehr in den Vordergrund oder schaffst Nähe bzw. Distanz für Instrumente wie Schlagzeug, Klaviere oder Gitarren.
Zwei Bereiche – volle Kontrolle
Das Envolution Plug-In bietet getrennte Transient- und Sustain-Bereiche, die mit jeweils eigenen Reglern für Attack, Hold und Release ausgestattet sind. Dank dieser umfassenden Einstellungsoptionen stehen dir vielfältige Einsatzgebiete zur Verfügung – vom subtilen Absenken des Raumklangs einer Schlagzeug- oder Gitarrenaufnahme über die komplette Neuformung von Signalen bis hin zu extremen Veränderungen der Lautstärkenkontur.
Frequenzabhängige Anpassung und mehr
Sowohl der Transienten- als auch der Sustain-Bereich bieten einen FREQ-Regler, der die Betriebsarten Tilt und Focus EQ bereitstellt. Tilt ist perfekt für eher dezente Hüllkurvenanpassungen geeignet, während der Focus-Modus über eine Bandpass- und Notchsteuerung präzisere Eingriffe erlaubt. Envolution bietet darüber hinaus eine Warmth-Funktion, die harmonische Fülle ergänzt, ohne das Signal zu übersteuern und einen Mix-Regler, der vielseitigere Anwendungen ermöglicht.

if you need to use transients in a surgical way, from a cello to a ruined Drop Edm(!) , you should probably use Envolution. I am convinced that I have used my money wisely. Uad and Sonnox...

Great on Midi Drums
The best thing I have ever tried to make midi drums sound real. I use Groove Agent since it is part of Cubase. I use Envotution on all my snares, kicks and hats. The difference in night and day. Works well on other instruments put for drums it is a must

If you want to experiment with original software, which you certainly don't have in your plugins library, this is probably the one to get you thrilled. I haven't worked much with it yet at the time of my review, but I plan to experiment with this software with different instruments.
