Das Moog Minimoog LUNA Instrument ist in Zusammenarbeit mit Moog Music entwickelt worden und ist exklusiv für das LUNA Recording System und die Apollo Interfaces erhältlich. Ein analoger Synthesizer für Alle
Der Moog Minimoog Modell D wurde 1970 eingeführt, als "Synthesizer" eine riesige Wand aus einschüchternden Knöpfen, Kabeln und Steckfeldern bedeutete. Bob Moog und sein Team entwarfen den Minimoog als ein Performance Instrument von unermüdlicher Ausdruckskraft für alle Musiker. Schon bald erschien der tragbare Minimoog auf Alben von Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Stevie Wonder, Sun Ra, Bob Marley, und weiteren. Nicht lange bis ganze Genres durch den Minimoog und seinen futuristischen Klang verändert, ja sogar geschaffen wurden.
Unerreichte Handwerkskunst
Gemeinsam mit Moog Music führte das DSP-Ingenieurteam von Universal Audio ein akribisches Schaltkreismodelling und rigorose Hörtests von drei Vintage-Minimoogs durch, bis die "Golden Unit" auserwählt wurde. Unter Verwendung von eigens hergestellter Robotertechnik für ultrapräzise Regler-Messungen wurde jedes Minimoog-Modul mit diskretem Transistor VCA Modelling vollständig emuliert, wobei die Modul-zu-Modul-Kopplung und Impedanz mit hoher Detailgenauigkeit erfasst wurden. Das Ergebnis ist ein beeindruckendes LUNA Instrument, das alle Charaktereigenschaften und Nichtlinearitäten des berühmtesten Synthesizers von Bob Moog liefert — mit nahezu keiner Latenzzeit.
Unglaublicher Realismus um der Kreativität einzuheizen
Öffne einfach den Minimoog im LUNA Recording System und bereite Dich darauf vor, von dem unverkennbaren Knurren, der Fettheit und der reichhaltigen Verzerrung von Moogs kultigen Ladder-Filtern und Oszillatoren inspirieren zu lassen, sowie vom detaillierten Modelling der Pitch Tracking Anomalien des Minimoogs. Sogar der berüchtigte "Feedback" Effekt, bei dem das Ausgangssignal des Minimoog für verschiedene Verzerrungsgrade auf den Eingang geschleift wird, wird getreu wiedergegeben. Das Minimoog LUNA Instrument fügt sich, durch gründliches Erfassen des Mitten-Punch, der High-End-Presence und der üppigen Bässe, in jeden Mix ein — genau wie das Original.

Because it was under UAD Plugins, where I all my plugins ordered, I ordered it, but over read, that is only usable for Luna. Luna may be a very good DAW, but I use an other DAW and will not change.

amazing Moog , but strange demo mode
A wonderful tool , appeared after the upgrade to version 11 . but for some reason, along with the ravel plugin, It switched to demo mode. Please help with it

Amazing!
I was looking for some crisp low synth bass sounds for my production and voila this mini moog to the rescue. I was hesitant when i could only use it in Luna but now its UADx compatible. I've tried other emulations and was left unimpressed. But this was a go after finding multiple low synths that fit what i was looking for to the point i couldn't make a decision which sounded best.

While standing by all the good things I've said (in a previous 5star review) about this instrument's sound, feel and playability, this gripe deserves a mention.
There's no function to LEARN midi hardware commands. These days that's a real downer.
This massively limits the real time interactivity of the plugin. Yes there is an implementation chart, if you own a compatible MIDI controller, and can be bothered with the configuration headaches, but IMHO the inclusion of a LEARN function would make this Minimoog emulation the king of them all.
So far, and only because of this oversight, Softube's Model 72 - also a great sounding emulation - has the edge. Please sort it out UAD. Thanks.M. WRIGHT

Have tried many minimoog emulators. Won’t bother with any others now. My dog is very picky about the sounds that inspire him to sing. My guitar playing can do that, and so too can this UAD emulation. It sounds and feels like a musical instrument. It has genuine depth and harmonic complexity. It encourages play and invention. Search over.

INCREDIBLE PLUGIN (and runs just fine with Ableton Live)
I’m seeing a lot of comments saying that this plugin runs exclusively with LUNA. I have had no problem at all running it with LIVE, and the sound is amazing. Definitely best moog emulation to date.
